What does a Renovator Toronto quote include?

An itemized written scope: demolition, structural work, materials with the line each one sits on, permit and engineering allowances where they apply, the payment schedule, start and completion dates, which subcontractors are involved and who handles cleanup. Total cost is shown with HST at 13 percent.

Pricing on this site is a published range, not your price. Any workmanship warranty is set out in your written quote, job by job.
